Contractual right of withdrawal

In these cases, Pompeii will refund all payments received from the consumer and user, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days from the date on which Pompeii was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw. For this, the same payment method used for the initial transaction will be used, unless the consumer expressly requests otherwise.

The customer will be obliged to return the product to Pompeii in the same conditions received, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the withdrawal. The entrepreneur reserves the right to withhold the refund of the amount until the consumer and user return the acquired goods.

General return conditions

In addition to the legal right of withdrawal contemplated in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Pompeii grants the consumer and user a period of 365 days to return a product with which they are not satisfied. The essential requirements for accepting the return are as follows:

To make a return in a physical store, it is necessary to present the original purchase receipt. In the case of a garment, it must be accompanied by the outer tag.

The foregoing will be carried out without prejudice to the return of products that have presented defects in use or manufacturing.
